What You'll Do
- Work with a crew installing underground utility infrastructure, including fiber optic, electric, water, and other utility systems.
- Drive commercial vehicles and transport equipment to job sites (CDL preferred).
- Load, unload, inspect, and maintain tools and equipment.
- Operate construction equipment after training, when qualified.
- Help complete projects safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship.
- Travel to project sites throughout the region as needed.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as part of a team.
- Follow company safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Construction, underground utility, directional drilling, excavation, or heavy equipment experience.
- Experience towing trailers or hauling equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude.
